Homemade Sourdough Croutons
Delicious crunchy homemade croutons, EASY!

- 1 loaf Sourdough Bread
- 3 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Preheat oven to 350
Using a bread knife cut up entire loaf of bread into desired pieces. Try to keep pieces uniform so they toast at the same rate.
Add bread pieces to large bowl. Drizzle butter and olive oil over bread. Add spices and salt and toss. You may sub spices and flavorings! This is just a basic starting point.
Spread evenly in one layer onto baking sheet. I used two baking sheets for one loaf of bread.
Bake at 350 12 min and stir. Bake another 12 and check for crispiness. Mine took about 35min total.
