Italian Dressing

This avocado dressing is smooth and creamy with a little bit of tang. Surprisingly it is totally vegan and ideal for salads, vegetables, or proteins. You could even use this as a dip for your favorite chips or cut up veggies!
Step 1
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor (I used my magic bullet). Blend well.
Step 2
Add water if dressing is too thick.
Keeps well in the fridge for about a week
Avocado Lime Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup water up to 3/4 cup
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup fresh cilantro loosely packed
- 1 clove garlic crushed or finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
